Excellent overall experience. Nicely appointed and luxury hotel, reasonably priced. It was in a marvellous location with Reading Football Club nearby. The room was impressive and soundproof, had a personal safe, a kettle and a sofa bed. The staff were all pleasant and exceptional, which was unquestionably a plus.

Everything was really good and the view was INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL. I greatly enjoyed standard decor of the a double room. The location offered was quiet and ideal really close to England, a nearby restaurant and Reading football club. Found a football stadium, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

We liked the breakfast in this hotel. There's really nothing missing here. There are also darker buns, fresh fruit and salmon.

Due to other errands we had to undertake outside the hotel, we didn't either spend too much time within the hotel premises and therefore didn't have much time to explore all the hotel facilities during our 2-day's trip. Nevetheless, we, especially the children enjoyed the excellent meals served, especially breakfast. Our room was quite spacious and the little ones enjoyed playing in the room very much.

location and rooms were excellent also pool and leasure facilities were good.
Mix up wilth payment. Payment was made in full when booked for all 8 rooms but my guests were then asked to pay again, very embarrassing and spoilt the weekend. The evening meal wasnot up to a good standard and very slow, our 2 course meal took 21/2 hours, not time for coffee. They were better at cooking breakfast.

I have a 4 month old and a 10 yr old. I needed a disabled bay as my baby has tailapes. They couldnt do enough to help. Our family room was amazing, make sure u request this before you arrive. It was easy to get to any part of Reading, into London or theme parks. We will stay again

pleasant stay but some room for improvement
The room decor was appealing. The complimentary tea and coffee options added a nice touch after a long day.
The sofa bed could have been more comfortable.

Its location was very dull - concrete jungle with no shops or anywhere to stroll. Not particularly friendly. When asked for extra milk for room it was not delivered when they said and had to send further request. Cost of breakfast was high - told we could only have the full buffet at about £12 when all we really wanted was a cup of coffee and bun. We therefore took all meals etc at other locations. Not a hotel for ordinary families wanting value for money and good general standard. Room was cleaned ok but thought soft furnishings were tired and dirty.

We required a walk in shower and were given the best room ever; spacious, super king size bed, picture windows, settee. The en suite with a shower that had a fixed head and an adjustable head was excellent. Free WiFi also available although we didn't use it.
